Construction works including duct lines with manholes for Parliament House feeder, erection and installation of HT/LT poles, structures, substations, concreting, earthing and related works in Islamabad and Chakwal. Single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS. Eligibility includes PEC registration, financial capacity, experience and tax registration. Joint venture allowed under defined conditions.
