Procurement of IT Equipment for establishment of Data Centre (Disaster Recovery Site) under ADP Scheme titled Development of Management Information System for Social Welfare Department across Punjab for FY 2025-26. Scope includes Software-Defined Data Center including Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, hardware, low-latency 10G switches, smart cabinet with 6KVA UPS, cooling systems, fire detection, water-leakage sensors and allied components. Estimated cost PKR 56,500,000 with bid security of PKR 1,130,000 (2%). Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pre-bid meeting on 15-04-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid submission through EPADS by 23-04-2026 at 10:30 AM and opening on same day at 11:00 AM. Original bid security to be submitted physically prior to closing.
