Garbage Collection And Disposal Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of garbage collection services including door to door waste collection and safe disposal at a cantonment ward level using a single stage one envelope bidding procedure under Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 - Bids must include a bid security in the form of pay order banker’s cheque call deposit bank guarantee demand draft or bid securing declaration as specified - Electronic bids are to be submitted through EPADS system with complete technical and financial documentation specifications and requirements - Pre bid registration and EPADS enrollment is mandatory before participation and only electronically submitted bids will be opened at the specified time - Bid opening will take place on the same day as submission deadline at 10:30 AM and late submissions will not be entertained - Grievance redressal mechanism is applicable as per rules Pro Tip Short Paragraph Ensure complete compliance with EPADS registration and bid security requirements to avoid disqualification
