Description
Hiring of excavator machines and tractor trolleys for desilting of drains before monsoon season 2026 including complete machinery deployment and operational services under single stage one envelope bidding procedure through EPADS - Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and EPADS system and submit electronic bids only as manual submission is not acceptable - Bid security in shape of CDR equal to 5 percent of estimated cost is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before closing time - Bid submission deadline is 30-04-2026 at 12:00 PM and bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM - All applicable taxes must be paid by contractors and PPRA rules will apply strictly Pro Tip Short Paragraph Ensure timely EPADS submission and original CDR provision to avoid disqualification
