Procurement supply delivery installation and commissioning of specialized rescue equipment under framework contracting arrangement through EPADS in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 - Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through single stage two envelope procedure and participate in pre bid meeting scheduled on 21-04-2026 at 11:00 hours - Bid submission deadline is 30-04-2026 at 1500 hours and bids will be opened at 1530 hours same day - Bid security of PKR 2.5 million per lot required in acceptable form and bidders must meet NTN ATL and eligibility criteria Pro Tip Short Paragraph Attend pre bid meeting and ensure compliance with framework contracting requirements for qualification
