Execution of transmission line works including stringing of 132 KV double circuit lines and construction of foundations erection and stringing of poles and towers for grid station connectivity; bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage one envelope and two envelope procedures; bidders must have valid PEC license relevant specialization and experience; bids must be submitted electronically and accompanied with bid security in form of bank guarantee or CDR; bids will be opened on scheduled dates; Pro Tip Short Paragraph: ensure submission of original bid security before deadline and compliance with PEC category requirements
