Provision of sanitary worker services and procurement of patient attendant chairs for hospital operations under annual tender for financial year 2025-26 including manpower services and supply of furniture items - bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure through e-PADS with electronic submission only - bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant authorities and submit 5 percent bid security of estimated price in prescribed financial instruments - bids must be uploaded before scheduled times and will be opened electronically as per schedule - procurement governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with 120 days bid validity Pro Tip Ensure compliance with e-submission requirements and provide complete documentation to avoid rejection
