Procurement of uniforms for field staff including supply of garments for operational personnel across multiple service areas - bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure with electronic submission through e-PADS only - bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and submit bid security of 5 percent amounting to Rs 164828 in approved financial instruments with both soft and hard copies - technical bids will be opened at 09:30 AM on submission date and only technically responsive bidders will proceed - bids must comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 with validity of 120 days Pro Tip Ensure accurate completion of bid schedule and compliance with submission instructions to avoid rejection
