Procurement of reflective safety vests and safety helmets including supply of personal protective equipment for operational staff - bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit bids through e-PADS using single stage two envelope procedure - bid security of 5 percent amounting to Rs 193050 required in prescribed financial instruments with both soft and hard copy submission before deadline - technical bids will be opened at 09:30 AM on submission date and only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial evaluation - bids must be submitted electronically in PDF format and comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 - bids validity is 120 days - estimated cost is Rs 3861000 Pro Tip Ensure proper submission of both electronic and original bid security documents before deadline to avoid rejection
