Establishment of command and control centers including centralized sub divisional and block level facilities with construction installation and operational infrastructure - bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure through e-PADS with electronic submission only - bidders must be PEC registered and submit 2 percent earnest money in CDR form with original submission before deadline - technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 30-04-2026 and financial bids opened after evaluation - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure compliance with technical specifications and submission of complete BOQ details to avoid disqualification
