Construction works including construction of nallah at Chak No 23 construction of nallah at Village Channi Mehram and construction of nallah at Village Aidal under annual development program 2025-26 - procurement will follow single stage single envelope procedure through e-PADS with electronic submission only - bidders must be PEC registered and submit 5 percent earnest money in CDR form with original submission before opening - bids submission deadline is 04-05-2026 at 12:00 PM and opening at 12:30 PM same day - additional performance security applicable if bid below threshold as per government finance department instructions - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure timely submission of original CDR and compliance with bid percentage rules to avoid disqualification
