Addition alteration and improvement of residential buildings including residence C-32 GOR III residence B-17 GOR II and residence B-92 GOR III Lahore with item rate based bidding - procurement will be conducted through e-PADS with electronic submission only - bidders must be PEC registered and submit earnest money in prescribed financial instruments before deadline - bids submission deadline is 30-04-2026 till 11:30 AM and opening at 12:00 PM - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete BOQ with readable documents and original earnest money to qualify for evaluation
