Procure municipal solid waste management services including collection transportation and safe disposal of solid waste cleaning of roads nullahs open areas removal of horticulture waste dead animals and debris maintenance of rubbish points complaint resolution and provision of all equipment machinery fuel labor and operational resources under single stage two envelope bidding procedure with separate technical and financial proposals evaluated on quality and cost basis with technical evaluation weightage and financial scoring formula where bid security is required as 2 percent of annual bid amount in form of CDR and contract executed under performance based service model for multi sector operations Pro Tip: Demonstrate operational capacity fleet availability and compliance with performance KPIs in technical submission
