Procure comprehensive municipal solid waste management services including collection transportation and safe disposal of solid waste - cleaning of roads nullahs open areas - removal of horticulture waste dead animals and debris - maintenance of rubbish points - complaint resolution services - provision of all equipment machinery fuel labor and operational resources under a performance based service model with contractor responsible for meeting defined cleanliness standards and KPIs through single stage two envelope bidding procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals with bid security at 2 percent of annual bid amount in form of CDR attached with technical bid and evaluation based on technical score and financial score formula while technical proposals are opened first followed by financial proposals of qualified bidders Pro Tip: Clearly demonstrate operational capacity fleet strength and KPI compliance in technical bid
