Execute road infrastructure works including widening and construction of road from Narowal Shakargarh Road Adda Noor Kot to Kot Nainan Girls Degree College including multiple bypasses and link roads - construction and improvement of road from Narowal Muredkay Road at Kot Shaler to Dhair via Mojokay Dongian - rehabilitation and construction of road from Narowal Shakargarh Road at Kartarpur Chowk to Kanjror Bypass including bridge at Nullah Basantar under single stage two envelope bidding procedure requiring submission of separate technical and financial proposals through EPADS with item rate based BOQ completion and original bid security in form of CDR or pay order at 5 percent of estimated cost (1261.165 million - 63.058 million - 643.227 million - 32.161 million - 599.020 million - 29.951 million) with technical bids opened at 01:00 PM and financial bids opened after technical evaluation for qualified bidders only while eligibility requires valid PEC license category C-1 or above for major work and C-2 or above for others with CE01 and CE02 specialization codes along with tax registration affidavits and compliance documents Pro Tip: Ensure strict compliance with PEC category codes and upload complete BOQ item rates as percentage bids are rejected
