Services Hospital Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Establish annual framework contracts for supply of drugs and medicines - lab kits and chemicals - general store items - linen store items - stationery store items - medical gases - surgical disposables medical devices and sutures - X-ray films - dental materials - printing items - computer IT items and provision of internet services 300 MBPS including 200 and 100 MBPS segments under single stage two envelope bidding procedure requiring submission of separate technical and financial proposals through EPADS with bid security at 2 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR or bank guarantee along with mandatory submission of original instrument before opening while bids must be submitted electronically and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on scheduled dates and only technically qualified bidders will proceed to financial evaluation with eligibility requiring registration on EPADS active taxpayer status and submission of required documents as per RFP and PPRA rules Pro Tip: Ensure complete documentation with signed pages checklist and original bid security submission to avoid disqualification
