Description
Procurement of computer stationery store items on framework contract basis for financial year 2025-26 including supply of all required computer stationery items as per bidding documents under single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 15(1) and 38(2)(a) with mandatory submission of technical and financial proposals through EPADS and provision of bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost amounting to Rs 35,929 in form of bank guarantee or call deposit attached with technical proposal while bids must be uploaded on PPRA portal otherwise rejection will apply with tender documents obtainable from office or website and bids to be received by 07-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM at conference hall COAVS Lahore with eligibility requiring established technical financial and managerial capability Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS upload and proper bid security attachment in technical envelope to avoid disqualification
