Description
Execute multiple infrastructure development works including - construction of soling drainage and slab works across various chaks - construction of sullage carrier and disposal machinery - construction and rehabilitation of metalled roads - rehabilitation and reconstruction of soling resoling drainage sewerage and boundary walls including graveyard boundary walls and janaz gah facilities - construction of tuff tile streets and road links to public facilities - ensure item rate bidding through EPADS under PPRA rules with mandatory filling of DNIT BOQs without percentage quoting - provide earnest money equal to 5 percent of estimated costs ranging from Rs 54200 to Rs 600000 in form of CDR in favor of Chief Officer District Council Vehari with requirement to submit original CDR before opening - adhere to electronic submission method through EPADS with bid opening scheduled on 07-05-2026 at 01:00 PM - include eligibility requiring PEC registration valid for FY 2025-26 and EPADS registration - ensure compliance with PPRA circular for complete BOQ filling and non-responsive criteria for incomplete bids Pro Tip: Fully populate all BOQ fields with item rates as incomplete or percentage-based bids will be rejected
