Conduct open auction for canteen contract at Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad valid up to 30-06-2027 - auction scheduled on 18-05-2026 at 12:00 PM in meeting room with subsequent auction dates 25-05-2026 and 02-06-2026 if not finalized - obtain auction documents from Estate Branch against fee Rs 1000 deposited in official bank account with challan submission mandatory and no cash acceptance - submit complete documents along with CDR to Secretary Personnel Staff before 11:30 AM on 18-05-2026 for eligibility - include condition that all utility bills including electricity gas water sewerage and government taxes shall be borne by contractor - enforce pricing of items by canteen committee with revisions subject to approval based on inflation - require successful bidder to deposit full bid amount including taxes within 7 days of auction - include authority right to reject any bid without reason - require certificate confirming bidder is not defaulter of any government or semi government institution with penalty of disqualification and forfeiture upon false declaration Pro Tip: Ensure CDR submission and document compliance before 11:30 AM to qualify for bidding
