Conduct open public auction for sale of green and dry trees located at Circuit House Mianwali including Safeda trees 31 units measuring 493.54 units and miscellaneous trees 01 unit measuring 14 units total 507.54 units - auction scheduled on 04-05-2026 at 12:00 PM at Deputy Commissioner Office Mianwali with alternate dates 07-05-2026 and 11-05-2026 if not conducted - auction to be held at District Nazarat Branch DC Office Mianwali in presence of committee members - property to be sold on as is where is basis with requirement that bidders inspect and verify quantity measurement and condition before bidding with no post auction objections acceptable - require submission of security deposit Rs 100,000 through CDR before auction - successful bidder must deposit 25 percent of bid amount on spot and applicable income tax 10 percent for filer or 20 percent for non filer - include condition that bidder shall bear responsibility for any damage especially where trees are near WAPDA lines or buildings - require compliance with departmental rules and submission of documents to District Nazarat Branch during office hours Pro Tip: Conduct physical inspection before bidding as no claims will be entertained after auction
