Execute civil works including construction of family benches at different parks and shifting of Horse Tanga Cochwan and Bull Cart monument at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park Gujranwala - bidding to be conducted through open competitive bidding under single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 Rule 38(2) - ensure submission of technical and financial bids through EPADS along with bid security amounting to PKR 149,300 which is 5 percent of estimated cost Rs 2,986,000 in form of Bank Draft CDR or Pay Order in favor of Managing Director Horticulture Agency Gujranwala with mandatory submission of original instrument with hard copy - adhere to submission deadline 06-05-2026 at 02:00 PM and opening at 02:30 PM at office of Deputy Director Engineering PHA Gujranwala - include eligibility for firms companies contractors suppliers manufacturers registered with tax authorities - comply with tax deductions and PPRA rules including right of procuring agency to reject bids Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS submission and physical bid security submission are both completed before deadline
