Procurement and provision of furniture fixtures and plant and machinery on framework contract basis for multiple child protection institutions including Lahore and Rawalpindi under expansion and rehabilitation schemes - bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals - bidders must be registered with income tax sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities - bid security of 2 percent in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order must be submitted before deadline - financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation and performance guarantee of 5 percent required upon award - incomplete conditional or late bids will not be accepted Pro Tip Ensure lot wise submission with complete documentation and timely EPADS upload to qualify
