Rehabilitation reconstruction and construction works including soling re soling sullage carrier culverts and tuff pavers in Chak No 184 GB with estimated cost of PKR 14950000 and bid security of 5 percent - bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and PPRA - bid security in form of CDR must be uploaded and original submitted before opening - bids will be opened at 02:00 PM in presence of bidders and rates will be announced - incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected Pro Tip Ensure proper BOQ completion and timely submission to avoid disqualification
