Fabrication of ambulances and fire tenders for emergency rescue service under framework contracting arrangement including design manufacturing and delivery as per schedule of requirements - bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals - pre bid meeting scheduled on 30 April 2026 at 11:00 AM - bid security of PKR 1000000 per lot required in acceptable form - bidders may apply for single or multiple lots and must meet eligibility criteria - hard copy submission also required for record purpose and incomplete or non compliant bids will not be considered Pro Tip Ensure submission of both electronic and required hard copy documents with valid bid security
