Procurement and installation of security equipment including network security cameras NVR systems CCTV security measures and CCTV for daycare and ECCC facilities under turnkey projects - bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals - bid security of 3 percent required in acceptable form and original must be submitted before deadline - pre bid meeting scheduled on 23 April 2026 at 11:30 AM with mandatory site visit - bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders and must remain valid for 90 days - incomplete or non compliant bids will not be accepted Pro Tip Ensure participation in pre bid meeting and submission of both soft and hard copy bid security
