Procurement and establishment of three e library units including setup installation and provision of required systems for Karachi Bar Association - sealed bids to be submitted on standard bidding documents and must include bid security of 2 percent as specified - bidding documents available through EPADS email or official website and bidders must be registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities - bids will be submitted at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders - incomplete or non compliant bids will not be accepted and procuring authority reserves right to accept or reject proposals Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete documentation and bid security as per requirements to avoid disqualification
