Procurement renewal and upgradation of GIS software including ArcGIS RFID sensors monitoring systems application servers and drones under national competitive bidding - bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS with required bid security of 3 percent and original submission before deadline - bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on same day in presence of bidders and procurement to be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted Pro Tip Ensure submission of both electronic and original bid security documents before deadline
