Hiring of engineering consulting firm for detailed designing and supervision services for project titled Establishment of 08 Basic Science Labs Complex at SMBB Medical University Larkana including preparation of detailed engineering architectural structural and MEP drawings bidding documents and engineer estimates. Scope includes complete consultancy services from design stage to supervision. Eligibility includes valid PEC/PACATP registration relevant category, registration with Income Tax FBR and SRB, minimum 5 years experience, audited financial statements for last 3 years, required turnover, affidavit for non-blacklisting, submission of 5% bid security with financial proposal, company profile, power of attorney and document authenticity certificate. Consortium/JV allowed under defined conditions. Procurement under Quality and Cost Based Selection method. RFP document fee Rs 5000.
