Auction Old Market Badin 2026 Tender Notice
Description
Open auction for grant of collection rights and reconstruction proposal of old vegetable market located near Fruit Chowk Badin for year 2025-2026 including construction and management of 25 shops on ground floor and 15 shops on first floor covering area 3206.36 sqft. Interested parties must deposit security in form of pay order or demand draft and comply with Sindh Local Councils Auctioning of Collection Rights Rules 2016. Successful bidder will be responsible for tax payments and operational management. Auction scheduled under chairmanship of Municipal Committee Badin with repeat auction dates in case of non-response.
