Description
Procurement of electrical and electronic items under TSE No 2526041022301 for University of Loralai through E-Bids only using BPPRA EPPS system in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Scope includes supply of electrical equipment electronic components and related items as per detailed bidding documents available online. Bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope including separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security required at 2% of bid value in form of bank guarantee or deposit at call in favor of Director Planning and Projects University of Loralai. Eligibility criteria require minimum 3 similar assignments of value 6000000 within last 3 years turnover of at least 7500000 PKR over last 3 years active taxpayer status sales tax registration and non-blacklisting status. Joint ventures permitted. Bidders must submit bids electronically only no physical submission allowed.
