Execution of multiple large-scale infrastructure projects for providing and developing sports facilities across Punjab under Project Management Unit Youth Affairs and Sports Department North Zone including construction of Sports Complex at Tehsil Saddar District Gujranwala establishment of multipurpose sports ground at Sodhra Wazirabad construction of sports ground at Rukkan District Mandi Bahauddin provision of sports ground at Kufri District Khushab and remaining works for sports ground at Kotli Sattian District Murree. Total estimated project costs include Rs 93,177,491 Rs 31,758,116 Rs 56,494,146 Rs 35,528,241 and Rs 63,082,565 respectively with bid security 5% of each estimated cost. Scope includes civil construction development of sports infrastructure earthwork boundary works drainage electrical and mechanical installations and associated sports facility development works. Procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via EPADS. Mandatory PEC registration category C-4 and above with multiple CE EE ME specializations along with NTN GST PRA registration and active taxpayer status. Bidders must submit item rate BOQs complete analysis and original CDR before bid opening. Evaluation strictly based on item rates compliance and technical qualification criteria.
