Description
Procurement of high speed monochrome laser printers and color ink tank multifunction printers under tender LED/029/26 for SNGPL Regional Office including supply delivery installation testing and commissioning of printing equipment as per technical specifications defined in bidding documents. Scope includes provision of printing hardware consumables compatibility and operational readiness for office and field usage. Procurement under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidders required to submit electronic bids via EPADS along with original hard copy of bid bid security Rs 265000 and tender fee Rs 2500 in form of bank guarantee CDR or pay order before closing deadline. Bid validity 90 days and evaluation based on technical compliance and financial competitiveness.
