E-tender for provision installation testing commissioning and complete deployment of 500 KW solar photovoltaic system at University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin covering academic blocks and walkway parking sheds including supply of solar panels inverters mounting structures cabling protection systems earthing net metering compatibility civil works structural supports integration with existing electrical infrastructure and performance testing to ensure efficient renewable energy generation. Scope includes design engineering installation commissioning and operational readiness as per technical specifications with compliance to solar installation standards and relevant PEC and AEDB requirements. Procurement under Punjab PPRA Rules through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure with mandatory electronic submission. Estimated cost Rs 58,175,908 and Rs 61,084,599 including PRA with bid security 5 percent amounting to Rs 3,054,230 in acceptable financial instrument in favor of Treasurer University of Rasul. Contractors must possess PEC category C-5 or above with solar specialization codes and valid tax registrations. Technical bids opened first and only technically qualified bidders proceed to financial evaluation. Pre-bid meeting scheduled and evaluation based on technical compliance and lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
