Description
E-tender for procurement supply delivery installation and commissioning of plant machinery and IT equipment for the office of Project Management Unit Harappa under Directorate General of Archaeology Punjab including complete provision of operational machinery tools and digital infrastructure systems required for preservation restoration improvement management and upgradation works at Harappa site. Scope under Lot 1 includes procurement of plant and machinery valued at Rs 1.50 million covering operational equipment for project execution while Lot 2 includes procurement of IT equipment valued at Rs 1.00 million covering computers peripherals networking and office automation systems ensuring functional administrative and technical support. Procurement under Punjab PPRA Rules through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Bid security 5 percent of estimated cost required in form of CDR or bank guarantee in favor of Director General Archaeology with mandatory submission of original instrument before bid opening. Electronic bid submission deadline 04 May 2026 at 02:00 PM and technical bid opening at 02:30 PM. Evaluation based on compliance and lowest evaluated responsive bidder for each lot.
