Description
Repair of PCC Link Road from BHU to Boys College Sokasan Length 0.50 Km Tehsil and District Bhimber under Technical Sanction No. 715/CE dated 07-04-2026 with estimated cost PKR 4500000 including civil works for road rehabilitation under Communication and Works Department AJ&K bidders must be Pakistan Engineering Council registered firms in category C-6 or above with relevant specialization codes and valid endorsement in C&W Department AJ&K procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding procedure under AJK PPRA Rules 36(a) electronic bids must be submitted through official E-Bidding dashboard with scanned copy of bid security amounting to PKR 135000 deposited in Divisional Joint Account at National Bank of Pakistan Bhimber or Bank of AJK Bhimber original bank receipt and signed bidding documents must be submitted within 48 hours after bid opening evaluation will be conducted on percentage basis Above Below or At Par up to two decimal places bidders must submit affidavit confirming non-blacklisting and absence of conflict with any government entity technical profile must be uploaded in PDF format only incomplete or incorrect submissions will lead to disqualification bids will be opened online with comparative statement visible to participants completion period for the project is 6 months competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Clause 33 of AJK PPRA Rules
