Procurement Of Pocket Dosimeter And Facility Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply of electronic pocket dosimeter items as per attached list with quantities as specified along with emergency works including provision of certain facilities at PAF Base with estimated costs of Rs 10.392 million and Rs 29.548 million. Bidders must be firms stockists wholesalers manufacturers or proprietors having GST and NTN registration with offices and telephone numbers. Tender documents can be obtained upon written request with payment of Rs 1000 through pay order or deposit at call. Earnest money equal to 5 percent of quoted value is mandatory in shape of deposit at call and must accompany the bid otherwise the tender will be rejected and validity of rates must be 90 days. Submission shall be in sealed envelope clearly marked with tender notice and due date. For facility works only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having relevant experience and enlisted in MES categories A and B are eligible and must certify no litigation with government departments. Tenders will be opened in presence of bidders and procuring agency reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
