Procurement Installation Security Equipment Cctv Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply and installation of security equipment and CCTV systems including network security cameras for Campus II - procurement and installation of CCTV security measures for Campus II on turnkey basis - procurement and installation of CCTV systems for day care and ECCC Campus I on turnkey basis covering all equipment installation integration and operational requirements. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via e-PADS requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and be active tax filers. Bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost lot wise is mandatory in shape of demand draft pay order or call deposit receipt with soft copy attached in e-bid and original submitted before closing time. Pre bid meeting and mandatory site survey will be held on 2026-04-23 at 11:30 AM. Prices must be quoted in Pak Rupees with GST indicated separately and validity of rates must be 90 days extendable by 30 days. Bids submitted through any method other than e-PADS will be rejected and evaluation will be based on technically compliant lowest evaluated bid under PPRA rules.
