Prequalification For Maintenance And Repair Works Framework Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification process for procurement of maintenance and repair works through framework agreement including selection of eligible applicants firms contractors or service providers for execution of maintenance and repair assignments under a structured framework agreement. Applications must be submitted through e-PADS system only along with all supporting documents and any submissions through email courier or by hand will not be accepted. The process shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 ensuring transparent evaluation and only prequalified applicants will be invited through request for proposals for further bidding stage. Estimated cost of the assignment is PKR 151 million inclusive of all applicable taxes with expected contract duration of six months extendable with mutual consent. Clarifications may be sought within prescribed time before submission deadline and validity of prequalification shall be one year. Procuring agency reserves right to accept reject or annul the process at any stage without assigning reasons.
