Procurement Of Electrical Generators And Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply of electrical generators and related equipment including Amir brand generator 15 KVA quantity 12 units - Amir brand generator 25 KVA quantity 01 unit - 100 KVA generator quantity 01 unit. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via e-PADS in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010. Bidders must submit electronic bids through e-PADS system only and must be registered on the portal. Bid security as specified for each item must be submitted in the form of pay order demand draft or CDR in favor of concerned authority and must be attached with financial proposal otherwise bid will be rejected. Tender documents can be downloaded from e-PADS portal and bids must be submitted within specified deadline and will be opened in presence of procurement committee and bidders. Bids must remain valid for 90 days and any conditional incomplete late or non compliant bids including missing bid security or fake documents will be rejected. Procuring agency reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids under SPPRA rules. Pro Tip Ensure proper electronic submission through e-PADS along with complete bid security documentation to avoid disqualification
