Procurement Of Bridge Inspection Unit Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes delivery and supply of bridge inspection unit equipment under bridge management system for road asset management system including specialized inspection equipment for monitoring evaluation and management of bridge infrastructure assets. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 requiring submission of separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders include manufacturers resellers authorized dealers with manufacturer authorization certificate and firms having valid tax registration and NTN. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost amounting to Rs 1907600 must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of Deputy Director II RAMS with electronic submission and original submission before deadline otherwise bid will be declared non responsive. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only and manual bids will not be accepted. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day in presence of tender opening committee. In case of public holiday next working day will be considered. Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
