Procurement includes multiple forestry and plantation works comprising afforestation compact area first year new work including jungle clearance kana mesquite stubbing debris collection and burning ploughing and leveling earth work for main branches khalas dunds channels parcels planting and restocking including carriage and pest control spray and maintenance operations - afforestation linear plantation rail side including jungle clearance kana mesquite stubbing rough leveling layout and digging planting including carriage restocking watering through irrigation and POL cost and weeding operations per kilometer - canal side plantation including hand watering operations per mile - irrigation of plantation including reopening of trenches and irrigation maintenance for plantations - maintenance of irrigated plantation including hand watering operations for specified acreage. Bidding shall be conducted through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with electronic submission only. Bidders must be registered with PEC CE-10 FBR PRA and possess professional tax certificate. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated lot cost is required in the form of bank guarantee and must be uploaded and submitted in original before deadline otherwise bid will be rejected. Bids must be submitted online before closing time and will be opened as per schedule. Contractors must quote item wise rates per acre per kilometer or per mile as applicable and percentage bids will be rejected. Eligibility includes submission of NTN GST registration PEC registration financial returns and minimum five work orders experience. Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids and may increase or decrease quantities.
