Installation Solar System Water Supply Scheme Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes installation of solar system at railway road water supply works including complete supply installation testing commissioning and integration of solar energy system for operational efficiency under approved MRS 1st Bi Annual 2026 scheme. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage single envelope procedure via EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 requiring submission of item rate based bids with complete BOQ entries. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having codes CE-09 CE-10 and EE-11 and must be registered on EPADS PPRA portal with valid licenses for year 2025-26 and must have completed at least three similar projects with proof. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost amounting to Rs 330765 is required in the form of CDR in favor of WASA Chakwal and must be uploaded with bid and original submitted before opening time otherwise bid will be disqualified. Bids must be submitted electronically before deadline and will be opened in presence of tender opening committee. Incomplete bids fake documents or non compliance with rules will result in rejection and blacklisting. Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
