Construction Of Sewerage Infrastructure And Drainage Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes construction of sewer lines manholes chambers surface drains culverts brick work raising and installation of tuff pavers in Zone I and Zone II including all associated civil works infrastructure development and site execution activities. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS requiring submission of technical and financial bids electronically. Eligible bidders must have PEC registration C6 and above with relevant codes and registration with FBR and PRA. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost is required in the form of CDR or bank guarantee and must be uploaded and submitted in original before deadline otherwise bid will be rejected. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial opening and bids must be valid for 30 days. Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
