Prequalification Of Event Management Firms For Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes prequalification and selection of event management firms for provision of complete event management services at designated venue including planning coordination execution and operational management of events as per detailed scope defined in bidding documents. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS requiring submission of prequalification proposals electronically. Eligible firms must be registered companies with FBR having active ATL status and must submit detailed portfolio profile demonstrating experience with government semi government or private sector along with complete contact information. Selected prequalified firms will be required to submit performance security of Rs 150000 in the form of pay order demand draft or bank guarantee. Proposals must be submitted electronically before deadline and will be opened on same day while late submissions will not be considered. Procuring agency reserves right to accept or reject any proposal under applicable PPRA rules.
