Engagement International Underwriters Lead Managers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes engagement of international underwriters lead managers and bookrunners for GMTN program and Sukuk TCI program including financial advisory underwriting structuring issuance support and capital market transaction services. Bidding shall be conducted as per PPRA rules requiring submission of proposals in accordance with prescribed procedures and timelines. No bid security is specified and proposals must comply with eligibility criteria and documentation requirements as per tender documents. Bids will be opened on scheduled time and validity period of bids is 90 days. Procuring agency reserves right to accept or reject any or all proposals under applicable procurement rules.
