Procurement includes supply of electro medical equipment for ophthalmology department under PSDP project for financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27 under single stage two envelope procedure. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals along with bid security and compliance documentation. Bid validity is 180 days and only responsive bids will be considered as per PPRA rules
