Guard Room Construction Bath Tender Notice
Description
Construction work includes development of guard room with bath facility at new campus on item rate basis as per MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 with estimated cost Rs 1,912,700 and bid security 5% amounting Rs 95,635. Procurement will be conducted through e-PADS under PPRA Rules 2014 and PPRA Regulations 2024 using single stage one envelope procedure. Only PEC registered firms category C-6 and above with CE-10 specialization along with FBR GST PRA and professional tax registration are eligible. Bids must be submitted online by 06 May 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM. Original bid security in form of CDR or demand draft must be submitted before opening. Additional performance security conditions apply if bid deviates beyond 5% of DNIT. Bid validity is 120 days and no price variation allowed
