Procurement includes framework contract for supply of lab kits reagents chemicals and consumables including analyzers on reagent rental basis for financial year 2026-2027. Bidding conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 through EPADS. Two tenders with submission dates 05 May 2026 and 06 May 2026 at 10:30 AM and opening at 11:00 AM. Bid security 2% of estimated cost required in form of CDR or bank guarantee submitted physically before opening. Bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS. Procuring agency may cancel procurement due to insufficient funds or modify quantities as per rules
