Procurement includes supply of TEG Rotem and general surgical sets imported with estimated cost Rs 20,979,000 under single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 05-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM same day. Bid security 2% of estimated cost required in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order with original submission before closing. Bid validity period 180 days. Procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024
