Description
Procurement includes GPS cellular monitoring devices along with server and accessories complete turnkey solution with estimated cost Rs 94,875,000 and bid security Rs 2,846,250 at 3%. Bidding follows single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted via EPADS by 07-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM same day. Sample devices and original bid security must be submitted before deadline. Performance guarantee 10% required upon award. Non responsive or incomplete bids will be rejected
